UPCOMING WORKSHOP: February 2022, registration starting soon.
Description of Class
This five-day intensive virtual workshop will focus on the fundamentals and process of creating a still life painting. I will rotate from instruction/explanation, demos, group conversation, and individual critiques as you develop your painting. Prior to the start of the workshop, you will receive a still life image I designed that you will work from in oil paint. I will be painting the same image from life and explaining every step in clear detail. Classes are small to maintain the integrity of the work and instruction.
In order to better facilitate the individual critiques without relying on video quality, students should be prepared to photograph their paintings and email them to me throughout the course.
When you register for this workshop, we’ll send you 2 FREE brushes from Trekell Professional Art Supplies: (1) Crimson Taklon filbert and (1) Golden Taklon round.
$600 per class, limit to 12 student.
